Shipments are made exclusively by BRT courier : the order is normally processed within 48 hours.

Only in exceptional cases (for example holiday periods) it may take 3/4 working days after the order date.

On average, BRT takes 24/48 hours for delivery throughout Italy.

A TRACKING code will be provided with the e-mail confirming the shipment of the order in order to track the shipment.

* For reasons related to customs and significant delays of the same (both inbound and outbound), the company has decided not to ship to Switzerland.


The cost of shipments varies depending on the size and weight of the item and the delivery area

The cost of transport is indicated during the purchase phase.

Transport costs are charged to the customer and the goods travel at the buyer’s risk.

NB: Customs duties of non-European Union countries are charged to the recipient.

Upon receipt of the goods it is mandatory to check the number of packages and that the packaging is perfectly intact. If anomalies and / or damage are found, ” THE CLAIM” must be affixed to the paper receipt of the courier with the anomalies found (for example: GOODS ARE ACCEPTED WITH RESERVE OF CONTROL FOR DAMAGED AND / or MISSING GOODS) and countersigned by the courier withholding a copy. This copy together with a photographic proof of the package and any damage found must be sent to RESTAURA STORE srl at the email address: for the opening of the insurance procedure.

This procedure is essential to use the replacement of the product damaged during transport. If this procedure is not respected, it will be impossible to receive the replacement or reinstatement of the purchased products.


The storage costs are fully charged to the customer in the event that an incomplete or incorrect shipping address is provided .
